1.plan change- i was using Vodafone postpaid sim from last few month having rental plan of rs.50 (j&k)but from last month they sent me bill by changing plan 299rs without informing me ..i was shocked and call to c.c care they told me all old plan are change to new plan …but i have issue of “informing &mine consent”..2)internet services…after firstissue my internet is not working ..i complaint to c.c they told me sir your sim is from j&k circle you can change your sim to4g …then i went to vodafone office in delhi for sim change they told me sir your sim is change from j&k not there ..but few days after i went to another office they change my sim to4g but Internet problem is still..after i call c.c they asked me the procedure but problem still in delhi circle but yesterday i went to madhya pradesh my internet is working..but i came back to delhi same problem is there ..then i call c.c ..they told sir your problem is solved soon but i am now to much irritate with then ..and they send me message for bill payment ,i donot know why i pay bill for internet services which i never used till 44gb data ..mam/sir. ..now you tell me what i do next
