SUBJECT: REGARDING COMPLAINT AGAINST AMOUNT RS. 10000 , WHICH IS AUTO DEBIT FROM MY AXIS BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER- 120010100474627 ON 13 OCTOBER 2017 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the transactions which was done on 13 October 2017 without my permission.

TOTAL AMOUNT DEBITED Rs. 10000
Above two transactions were debited from my Axis Bank Account Number : 120010100474627 without my consent. I tried Contacting Paytm Team Several Times for this but didn’t get any response.

Transactions showing in your account ECOM PUR/PAYTM/Noida/ could be the transactions that you have made using PAYTM’s payment gateway. I was also shocked when i saw these transactions in my statement, but later realised that i had paid Muthoot gold loan through PAYTM’s payment gateway. That is why such transaction appeared.
