Poor service. On my very first order, they destroyed my Wrangler shirt. I was paid for the damage but this was very irresponsible.
For my order #15726 dated 15-07-2017, it took 2 weeks for them to deliver my order after numerous calls and texts, and that too was incomplete. 10 of my clothes were still missing, out of which a large grey towel is still missing.
Another order #16033 dated 23-07-2017 is still not delivered yet. The tracking status shows it as “Delivered” but I haven’y yet received my order. I had immediately called the Pepwash contact number and raised a complaint regarding this issue. I got calls from Pepwash few days later asking me of my issue and I was assured I’d get my clothes but it’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my clothes yet.
