I am filing this complaint against an online seller known as Zuhriya Boutique for scamming customers, engaging in misleading advertising, and failing to deliver the promised goods after receiving payment.
Details of the Incident
1. I came across Zuhriya Boutique’s products on Instagram, where they displayed attractive dresses through videos and promotional posts.
2. Based on these representations, I contacted them and selected a dress that matched the videos they posted online.
3. At their request, I transferred the required payment to them on amounting to 1600
4. After receiving the payment, the seller stopped responding to my messages, calls, and follow-ups.
5. No product was delivered, and no refund was provided.
6. Their behavior indicates a clear intention to deceive customers and take money without delivering any goods.
I have the same problem. Please help
