Text of Complaint by Merin:

I have ordered a product on 11th Dec 2023 and till now I didn’t receive the product. They said 15 days for dispatch. After receiving the payment of Rs.3600 for the product, they are not responding to my messages in instagram or phonecalls. I need refund.
