I placed an order for a salwar from an Instagram boutique page called ‘Zuhriyaa’ on May 5th. They told me they would dispatch the product on May 7th, but they did not. After enquiring with them on May 7th and 9th, they informed me on May 10th that the DTDC system was down and they would share the courier tracking details by evening. However, I did not receive it. Since then, they have not been responding to any of my calls or messages. Till now, I have not received the product.
