Hi , I have made a booking in zoomcar in september ,2020 , booking id : JPS6ND08Z , After completion the refund of 4714 had to be processed. It has been more than 3 months the refund is not processed , there has been no response when will the refund be processed nor there has been any communication for the same . Attached is the booking description and thepending state of refund 4714 .
