I have made zoomcar booking of Renault Kwid for 22 Sept 2020 , My trip was completed on same day. I was asked security deposit of Rs.1999 . Which was supposed to be refunded within 30 days but it has been over 2 months and i still havent any response from zoomcar .
My booking Id : JPS6NE14R.
They havent replied to any of my mails .Please take strict actions against them . They are scamming people. They dont provide any call support and they dont respond to consumer queries.
Their twitter account is filled with customer complaints for not returning money.
