Text of Complaint by Parth Hansalia:

Since March 30th we are reaching out for support from your team with multiple calls and tickets. But till now neither we got a solution nor even a single update.

On March 30th while trying to book a car the site got stuck post the payment process immediately and so no booking got confirmed neither we could see any details for the same on website. But on our end the money was deducted Rs. 16,408/-
Tried multiple times nearly 10 to 11 times to reach and raised multiple tickets also on your customer support. But till date we are neither getting that refunded nor any update. It’s sad that even your customer service people say they don’t have the access to check the status of tickets created. So each time we call new ticket we got to create. Now that is also blocked for us.

Also it’s disappointing being your customer to address that not even the email ID we registered can be changed as the old email id which we used to register is inaccessible now. Because of which we are not able to communicate via emails.
