Text of Complaint by Atik Pachchigar:

I had booked a car from zoom car with booking ID JPS6NY3GE I had done the booking for September 10th and 11th 2020 but due to unfortunate event had to cancel it on 31st of August 2020, which had zero cancellation charges, but till date I have not received my refund of 7,862/- I have sent multiple complaints on their portal but didn’t get any response.
