Hi,
Zoomcar has not been refunding my money that they deducted for a car booking. They cancelled the booking and now are refusing to refund the money. There is no customer support. There is a bot on their twitter handle that keeps sending the same message to everyone but nobody takes any real action. This is the booking ID JPS6NF3OW. Please help.
