I cancelled one booking in zoomcar of which I haven’t got any refund . As per the policy the company should return it within 15 days but it’s been more than 6 months and yet no response from them . They have customer support number and mails, but nothing is working . I would be grateful if I get any assistance from here. Below are my details of the trip-
