Hello,
I booked a car on 29 SEP 2020 and I still didn’t get my refund of Rs.759.
My booking no is Booking ID: JPS6NE6A5. Also, there is no response from the customer care executive.
And no way to call a customer care executive.
If I didn’t get my refund I am going to file a complaint along with all the members in the consumer court about fake privacy policy and fraud and no support of customer care number which is mandatory.
Kindly refund everyone’s money as soon as possible.
