I had booked a car for the full day on 24th October. I had booked my car on 23rd evening and the website had a lot of cars available that time. I had paid a total amount of ₹5,146 including the refundable security deposit. And the next day on the day of my booking, the executive called me at5 in the morning stating that my booking cannot be honoured and they have to cancel my order . I asked them what is the reason of th doing this?. Then they replied that, “As the car was in Mysore and the customer who had taken the car extended the booking period,they couldn’t honour the booking. ” And the executive promised me that my money would be returned in 5-7 working days. But after that, if I even call someone on the zoomcar helpline, they are not resolving my problems and when I talk to some executives at Zap,( which is the same company btw) they keep disconnecting my calls. It has been more than 5 months now and I haven’t seen a single rupee of mine ever since. Please do help me by getting back my money from them. Also, I’ve sent countless emails on their app to no avail..
