RESPECTED SIR, I BOOKED A ZOOM CAR ON 13/12/2022 CAR NO.MP04EC0548 BOOKING ID-JPSNCJQT2, DURING RIDE CAR WAS SHOWING D.E.F LIMIT 750 KM THAT TIME I WAS NOT AWARE ABOUT D.E.F I WAS TREVELLING WITH MY PARENTS, MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER DURING RIDE ON SAGAR VIDHSHA HIGHWAY CAR WAS SUDDENLY STOPPED, I CALLED LOCAL MACHENIC HE TOLD THAT D.E.F Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) – Reduced emissions NEW STARTED FOR DIESAL ENGINES REQUIRED FOR THIS CAR , AND I CALLED TO COSTUMER CARE THEN SHE TRID TO CALL OWNER OF CAR BUT CALL WAS NOT CONNECTED THAT TIME AND COSTUMER CARE LADY TOLD THAT YOU FILLED THIS FLUID COST WAS 1550.AND AFTER COMPLITION OF THIS RIDE YOU SUBMIT THE BILL THEN THEY WILL REFUND (AS A PROOF AUDIO RECORDING OF COTUMER CARE I WILL ATTECH) RS FOR THIS FLUID I HAD TO TRAVEL BY LEFT 7-8 KM. TO PETROL PUMP.WHEN MY RIDE COMPLTE THEN I SUBMIT THE BILL.BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY BILL AND SAYING YOU HAVE TO SHARE PICS FLUID WITH NO. PLATE ETC. I HAVE MAIL 2 TIME I NOT HAVING OTHER PICS EXCEPT INVOICE AND BUCKET OF THIS FLUID. SIR THEY NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.
