I booked a zoomcar with fuel. The car was dirty and parked in a dirty place without fuel tank full as I paid them for. I took the car and with in 2 km car was stopped. I called them and waited for three hours.. others side my family was ready for trip and was waiting for me . after three hours they said they don’t have alternate and my ride has been canclcanc and they will refund the amount. Is this okay for me ? What about my emotions and my plan .?
Other stupidity from them, my application is still showing that my trip is going on and ocer time started I am calling them again and again that stop showing that in my application and sending me notification as I didn’t even start my trip. Over the phone they saying all okay you can ignore that.. I said okay then send me a confirmation email or SMS so I can be free mind.. they are not sending me anything in writing.. this is a game plan they are looting the customers.. we want stop this fake company..
