So, this has happened to me twice in a row on my bookings in Delhi NCR, i have dropped the car on significantly higher fuel percentage (almost 90% on one occasion aginst 30% i received the vehicle with) , but got refund as 0. It’s complete bullshit , their customer care are never able to resolve any issues, they are just hanging me time to time. If it was matter of 100-200 rs, i still would have left, but it’s almost a matter of more than 2-2.5k + amount, which is significantly heavy and I am being ghosted by zoomcar
