Arjun here,
I’ve been one of the victims of zoom car fraud, People who booked Zoomcar in past 6-7 months duration haven’t received any refund. Only reply we all get after reaching out to them (Note that it’s not so easy to reach any of their executives) is, “Give us 2 weeks, and we’ll solve your issue”. I’m tired of hearing the same but nothing works out… I’ve waited for more than 3 months and yet haven’t received my 5 digit refund amount.
