Text of Complaint by Vivek Sharma:

I have booked my tickets on Travolook on 3rd Feb, 2021. I got confirmation mail of ticket and sooner I have received call from Travolook that ticket price is increased so you have two option either pay remaining amount and opt for full refund . I opt full refund and then received “

Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF435590458” this mail.

after that I called them multiple time to know about my refund status. Every time they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days. After that they start telling that refund is processed and amount will be credited in 3 to 4 working days . After waiting 4 days, I called them to know status and ask for transaction number, they told me due to some tech error they have processed half amount. Again I asked transaction number then they told me to mail.i mailed them but they never replied.
