The vehicle was booked for 26th from 2:00 am till 10 am.
Booking ID – JPS6BPLS9 (Maruti Swift)
we received a call back stating that the vehicle met with an accident and they are providing another vehicle which will be i20.
After reaching the location, we got to know from the owner that the same vehicle is at the service center since 18th of May. By that time we have been trying to contact the company but there is no response.
We have to return home empty hand. The service is very pathetic. Not sure why the company accepted the booking without any vehicle. We lost the money, time and efforts. It is very disappointing and I won’t recommend zoomcar to anybody.
My family is awake at 3 am suffering from the loss.
