I have been using airtel since a long time & am on an infinity 499 plan which provides me free roaming incoming & outgoing as well.But since 2months airtel has been charging me on roaming as well.i tried contacting customer care they waived off a charge of 200rs extra for april bill but now they have charged me 2281rs for roaming.i tried contacting them several times,they agree that the charges are invalid but they only provide me with complain numbers & don’t take any actions.
