Hello All,
Please go through the below matter to understand how Zoom Car is collecting fraud charges in the name of damage charges from its customer, Really worst service, I will not recommend any one.
I have booked zoom car with booking ID JPS622JCU and picked from Hyderabad Airport at 10.30 AM on 25/5/2018, but that car was having issue and I was not able to proceed with that CAR on next day, then I sent mail/call to customer care/support regarding that issue on 25/05/2018 and due to that I got the different CAR ,
that CAR I got at my residing address at Hyderabad.
Zoom Car person from Gachibowli Hyderabad has handed over the second CAR to me on 26/05/2018 at 11 AM and then took back old CAR(which was having issue), It was clearly mentioned in my all communication to zoom car that old car was not damaged or there were no need to tow that old car,
the person from gachibowli hyderabad zoom car has drive that car from my house in hyderabad.
Now after returning the CAR on 29/05/2018, that too to some other place as it was issued from Gachibowli Hyderabad, I got the due notice of 9800 Rs as chassis damage charges for old car.
Surprisingly zoom car people did not answer any of my query except that they are telling that CAR chassis has been damaged so charges of 10000 rs is added into my billing.
Now they are harassing me to pay the charges without any explanation.
They are not ready to answer my question, that if CAR is damaged then how person is driving that CAR from place to zoom car office.
Any inspection report of that CAR which shows the same damage.
I got to know so many cases where zoom car has put this kind of charges to other customer.
I will never recommend zoom car to any of my known network now.
