We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Zoomcar during our last trip. We returned the car to the host at exactly 1:52 pm after filling the fuel, and have provided a screenshot of the bill as proof. However, due to a technical issue with their app, we were unable to end the trip on the app despite being at the same location from where we picked up the vehicle. To our surprise, we received a message about a late fee charge and were informed by customer care to provide the end meter odometer reading.

Despite providing this information, we are still receiving calls and messages from Zoomcar about late fees, fuel charges, and other charges being charged as interest. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to harassment on their part, especially since we have not made any error. We have also spoken to the host and have a call recording confirming that we handed over the vehicle to him at 2:00 pm on April 14th.

We want to reiterate that we won’t be able to pay the fee until there is proof that we dropped the car off at 6:20 pm instead of 2:00 pm, as the app has claimed. We are disappointed by the lack of support from your company in resolving this issue, and we expect a prompt resolution to this matter. The way Zoomcar is handling this situation feels like a complete betrayal of our trust.
