Booking ID :  JPS6NFQZR

I had booked zoomcar on 2nd Dec and cancelled the booking on same day. I got a mail saying refund will be processed in 30 days. Now it has been more that a month and there is no refund. Their customer care does not even connect and all mails go unreplied.
