Zoom Car is taking invalid charges from us stating that as damage charges when the car has not even single scratch. There were no dents or scratches on the car. The only problem was that the Stepney cover was missing, however it is not at all our fault if it just flew off with the wind while driving. I won’t accept the blame as it must have been caused due to the lug nuts are either not tightened, or they’re overtightened. I hope they were not expecting us to catch that when this has happened. Though this should never be included in damage. However, considering they does, then I have also checked the price of that missing part in the ford official showroom, they charge 2500 for that missing part, and Zoom car has charged us 10000 for that cover. This is really terrible. I even contacted them to ask for more clarity on this. However, their services are awful and are not ready to have any conversation regarding this.
