My four bookings were cancelled. Below are the booking id’s and cancelled dates.
1. Booking id : #JPS6NYHPR – cancelled on 01-Nov-2020 – amount due Rs.8484
2. Booking id : #JPS6NJPZM – cancelled on 21-Jun-2020 – amount due Rs.7215
3. Booking id : #JPS6NJZOY – cancelled on 16-May-2020 – amount due Rs.7156
4. Booking id : #JPS6NOLPZ cancelled on 13-Apr-2020 amount due Rs.5214
I am yet to get refunds for above three bookings. An amount of Rs. 28069 (above three bookings) due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 06-Jan-2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there’s no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.
