Zomoto is cheating people in India, without delivering the product they are collecting money,
i ordered 388 rs food in zomoto today through play store app, and i waited for 35 mins but still my item dint come so i called shah ghouse kondapur hotel number which they gave in zomoto and its not reachable, i called them to guide my address, but phone number itself not reachable, due to some problem they said they cant reach my number so they cancelled my order and when i went to hotel to collect my order, they dont want to give my product but zomoto charged money for cancelled order , and zomoto delivered just 1 day back one item to my address but again today they said not able to reach my address or to.my number, they are simply cheating people. please do the needful and take action on zomoto and shah ghouse as they are not maintaining proper numbers on.zomoto
