- On 21st March 2019 i was trying to order from zomato. The payment getaway failed the first 2 times but the amount was deducted from my account. The 3rd time the order was placed. But moments later the app showed that i have ordered 3 times but actually i did only 1 time. When i enquired about this in zomato chat the agent said that this is a technical glitch and the amount will be refunded. They dragged this matter till today and now they say its too late to verify the matter now the amount can not be refunded. This is a pure care of fraud. Zomato is playing with peoples hard earned money
