I had ordered using Zomato and the food received was spoilt, on complaining for same, I was given the generic answer that we will make sure things work well in future. Even when the restaurant in question agreed for a refund, Zomato put me through an ordeal, and asked 24 hours for refund into the Zomato credits. Why does Zomato need 24 hours?
The customer care is so pathetic, arogant and undertrained, that any sane person will get pissed off.
It came to a point where the when i stated that Zomato takes its customers for granted, the customer care agreed to me.
What else can you say after this?
I urge people to please avoid using Zomato, because one day or the other you will fave this issue and Zomato management has to understand their business model depends on its customers primarily and if it takes its “customers for granted” then God save their business.
