Order number 4102065112,
Order was never delivered, when i asked about it they said the agent has picked up the food but his phone is off. I was asked by zomato to cancel my order which i did not, i asked them to reorder and get me a new agent as the delivery agent’s phone was switched off after picking up the food.
After 2hr my order was cancelled by Zomato and refund was initiated, i asked for an escalation manager and no one was available to speak to.
There is no proper support or process for resolving customer’s issue.
