i ordered a cake from zomato on sunday 3/june/2019 with order number 1608989452, but the delivery boy said that he is not able to find the adress and cancelled my order by himself, further he was also talking to me very rudely and arogantly. When i messaged about this on chat issue, they are saying that they have taken a penalty charge from me as u cancelled the order, i have already sent the mail on order@zomato.com for 3-4 times but there is no response from them also.
Now there is no response from zomato customer service, they are even not recieving my calls.
