First time in my life seen this kind of situation where like zomato company saying not giving you ur order nor refund you your money which is already paid.
Dear all I will attach the conversation with zomato agent

In zomato, My money deducted but food not delivered, and refund also not provided please help me. Its not the first time zomato is doing this deliberately. With a very arrogant and rude attitude with customers.
