Text of Complaint by Tarun Sukhija:

Zomato ruined a 20,000 sofa just because they have no quality control over packaging or delivery executive. Order ID was 4456674602 and delivery by Samedur Islam.

Who is going to pay for this sofa. Offering me a token apology of 100 bucks? Of no help was chat executive Aman Kumar.
I order food worth 200 rupees and lose a 20,000 worth Sofa and get 100 rupees refund. What sham is this. And a public company no less.
