i ordered online food from zomato on 09.12.2021 and paid full payment , i ordered food from phone in zomato application , due to faulty map location zomato delivery boy went to different location which was not existed , i called delivery agents and customer care representative even representative requested delivery boy to deliver food but he refused , zomato cancelled my orderd and did not refunded . I complaiend through email they falsy argued that you were not rechable i had screenshot in my phone of all call and conversation
i feel it is zomato responsibilty to verify addresss and deliver food
