Hi,
By mistakenly i had placed two orders and immediately I realized it . I called restaurant, asked him to consider only one order and they agreed upon.Then I cancelled order from my zomato app via chat .
I haven’t got any refund stating that they we consider full amount as cancellation fee which is highly disappointing and kind of fraud .
How can cancellation fee is equal to full order amount.
