It was related to zomato order no.1073996363 I placed order on April 20th.So my situation is I placed an order and got accepted by the hotel and showed started preparing the food. later the valet called and told me the order i placed was not available. Will provide another alternate item for it. And I denied it and told him to cancel. The valet told me I only should cancel from my phone. So I did, now its showing I have been charged with penalty . I explained the situation to the agent he told me to drop an email. And they are saying it was my mistake and I’m liable to pay penalty . they are doing this to so many people .
