I had requested for a refund on 14th April 2022. I did not receive the refund yet and whenever I am contacting the customer care they say the problem is with the bank. The bank said Zomato hasn’t refunded yet.
Yet again, customer support said that it’s the UPI(Phone pe) that’s the problem but it’s not so. After that I asked them about the reference number. They failed to provide me that and kept me running in a loop. Please resolve this issue. I have mailed so many times. No good response.
