I have ordered from Zomato. My order consisted of some Add ons which I was charged for and not delivered. I had contacted them through Chat/Call and they had credited the amount in Zomato wallet for 30 days validity. My complaint is, as I order rarely, increase the validity to 1 year or Credit me my money through any means. All they say is as it was COD, we cannot do anything. How can you charge me something which you have not delivered and then say please use this credit in 30 days?
