I placed an order today (Id 2224102957) 12th SEP, 2021 using zomato app.
Firstly, the order got delayed for more than 20 min to committed delivery time.
I made contact with support team via chat and specifically mentioned that I do not wish to receive cold food, to which I was assured to provide with hot and fresh food.
Within 2 min of delivery of the package, again I contacted the support team and informed them that the food provided us extremely cold and stale and requested the refund of money paid.
To that customer care executive replied ” we apologize for your inconvenience and will ensure this will not happen again but CAN’T REFUND YOUR MONEY ”
Is this a joke? You want customers to pay for stale food?
This is ongoing bullshit with this nonsense company Zomato.
