Text of Complaint by Ravinder Singh:

Today, i ordered food from zomato by mistake.

Immediately i called at restaurant and said that the order was placed by mistake and asked them not to prepare my order. The restaurant owner said to that its ok sir. No problem.

After sometime i got a call from zomato customer care executive he said that you to pay cancellation charge as per equal amount. I told him that i cancelled it before prepare.

He advised me to talk at chat support.

When i discussed it with chat support he said we can not do any thing.

I ordered at 7:04 pm amd at 7:07 i called at restaurant not to prepare order. Its just 3 minutes.

The chat executive told me that your ordered was prepared and dispatched and i did not received the order.

He was trying to say that the whole thing happend in just 3 minutes that i order, restaurant accept and prepare my order, delivery boy picked my order and come to my place covered distance around 3 KM in just 3 minutes.
