I ordered food from McDonald’s through ZOMATO . Coke was missing from my order .
Total order value was 494Rs and value of coke was 125Rs+ . Rider had dropped the coke on his way to deliver food to me .
I had immediately complained that I did not receive my coke to McDonald’s and they acknowledged the mistake of ZOMATO rider .
But they have suggested me to speak to ZOMATO because Rider is ZOMATOs responsibility .
I contacted customer care through the ZOMATO app but got a very irresponsible response .
They denied sending the part order or giving me the rightful refund . I paid for the order and it’s my right to receive the food or refund my money .
