Text of Complaint by Parveen Sultana:

I ordered KFC chicken strips at 9:03pm. Didn’t receive the order. I contacted the support chat support. No proper replies. Only few same replies were given again and again.

Kept tracking the order in the app which showed 14 minutes then 9 minutes again back to 20 minutes. This pattern kept repeating for 3 hours. I got fed up.

Next day the app shows order delivered. I was in utter shock and called KFC customer care. Contacted the manager of KFC velachery from where I ordered. He says that they didn’t receive any money.

I wrote to all zomato complaint and customer care email ids. Getting a lame email from only one response saying that they cannot refund and order was delivered.

Sheer irresponsibility and lack of customer concern showed by zomato.
I wonder how many such fraud they commit and rob people’s money.

Order ID – 5050040084 from KFC restaurant regarding the food not delivered issue.
