I had ordered from Zomato and the order was not delivered to me.
But app is showing order is delivered and not refunding the money.
After taking follow up for few days, zomato is not ready to accept and not providing me any details of order delivery.
They just want to loot us. This has happened second time with me.
After submitting complaint for last time, I got refund but this time, they’re not ready.
