Dear team,

Order No: 1950389652 is not delivered yet. I made this first order from zomato by around 8:30 ish PM and the same has committed to deliver by 9:40 PM. It is not delivered yet. I am not getting any response from the delivery boy and from the zomato customer care.

Please initiate cancellation of the order and refund the amount immediately.

Also while I called the delivery boy last time, he said he’ll check the number and cut the call abruptly. And i didnt get any proper response from zomato customer care yet.

Please do the needful soon. Take necessary action against delivery boy and the customer care executive.

I am still hungry..!!! Can’t express this worst experience ever… Online frauding in all sense.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
