Text of Complaint by Vinay k v:

I ordered from zomato on 13th Apr 2019 10:38

Order I’d : 1050679271

I waited till 12 pm , they were not delivered my order.

Delivery guy called and told he can’t deliver my order .He asked to raise complaint .

Morning (14th Apr) order status was changed to delivered .

After that I raised a concern to them in delivery support (in zomato app) , 4 times

Every time they said ,amount will be refund with in 48 hours but till today (24th April) it is not refunded .

It might be small amount but tomorrow how can we trust this app and order.

 

They are wasting our time and money .

 

Please take my components and take strict actions on Zomato app.
