I ordered food on Zomato by Sep 23rd 2023 at 7.45 PM. The order has not picked up by delivery partner after an hour too and later the status has changed to “On the way”, but the guy was in same place more than an hour, while enquired he said he is having trouble with his bike and we requested for speed delivery in zomato chat, they said due to traffic it is delayed actually, there is no traffic according to the google map. Now, the time is 10 PM and they are telling it will be delivered by 10.45
