I ordered Pasta from one of restaurant mentioned in Zomato. The restaurant was only 1km from my house. Initially it showed the order will be delivered within 19mins. This was the main reason I ordered form this restaurant since it was close and hot food could reach me on time. But the order got delayed by more than an hour. I contacted the Zomato agent regarding my order delay concern and informed her that I don’t have any microwave to head the pasta . So please get the order delivered since it’s only 5mins drive from my house. In night hardly 3min. She was rude. After that I connected with delivery agent too but it was of no help. I feel mentally disturbed because I was hungry since morning and I wanted food. I had to sleep empty stomach.
