I had ordered food from zomato on 1/8/2020 worth RS 237 which was to be delivered at my apartments at around 8.15 pm same day by the valet. I was waiting at the gate for the valet even prior to his arrival time and even confirmed with the security guards regarding the aarival of any valet. The valet refused to attend my calls and finally message was sent that order has been cancelled as the valet could not reach my phone. When complaint was made in zomato they did respond properly or refund the amount . This lead to loss of food and money and was a clear case of fraudulent activity. I wish to Lodge complaint against zomato for this.
