This is the second time i am facing problems with Zomato delivery. Lunch was ordered with meals and 2 peices of fish fry. the fish fry which was charged 390RS was not present in the delivered pack. i complained instantly and zomato customer service assured me to refund this amount at the earliest. But I had to manage without fish fry and the inconvenience and delay because of the zomato delivery negligence was not considered.

why should we adjust for zomato ‘s inefficiency and carelessness when i have paid the highest delivery charges when compared to other delivery apps.

last time my diinner delivery was delayed by 90 mins and later cancelled without my inconvenience being addressed.

This is highly intolerable from customer point of view
