- I am Subrata Das, from B R Tower kolkata, really unhappy with zomato. Zomato deliver goods in more then 1 hour, maximum time its shown food make in process, but when i want to cancel my order, because i want to make an order from dadaboudi biriyani and zomato has an same name restaurant Dada bhabi biriyani(wrost quality) same price. Why i cant cancel my order with in 1 minutes . its very bad impression created by zomato. I want to cancel my order where zomato take a cancellation fees of rs 75. Why i pay this 75rs where i want to cancel the order within 1-2minute. I make a complain against zomato and its customer services, because its not helpful at all, they are not solving any issue.
